The survey asks about your opinions and experiences with games, lotteries and betting, and how these activities might affect people’s lives. You don’t need to have taken part in these activities to take part in the survey; we’re also interested in what you think about them.

The survey should take around 20 minutes. You can skip any questions you don’t want to answer. As a thank you for taking part, once you’ve completed the survey you will receive a Love-2-Shop e-voucher for £10 that will be sent to you via email. You will be asked to provide your name and email address at the end of the questionnaire to receive the voucher.
