This short survey asks about how your child usually travels to and from school. The survey should take around 10 minutes complete. We are donating a voucher worth up to £75 to your child’s school, to thank them for taking part.

This survey is targeted at children in Reception, Year 1, Year 5 and Year 6. You can complete this survey once for each child.
